HD tank cooling water spray nozzle is a non-automatic open mouth spray nozzle. The HV nozzle is designed for use in fixed water sprinkler firefighting systems, especially for the protection of fuel storage tanks. The tank cooling nozzle is usually installed in a vertical position at a distance from the outer wall of the tank to cool the tank. In case of fire in the vicinity of the tank, it prevents absorption of thermal radiation by the tank. Tank cooling nozzle is UL listed.
