Water spray fire extinguishers have a 13A fire rating, which is the standard used for most fire hazard calculations, with approximately one 13A-rated extinguisher per 2,000 square feet or 200 square meters per floor. Due to some clever technology, the spray nozzle stops the flow of conductive electricity in the water (tested to 35,000 volts - by a brave person!). And that means that when it's used or tested by an engineer every five years, there's no harmful additives or foam to illegally enter the water system (and no expensive recharge fees). Plus, this one is pressurized with nitrogen or air, making it cheap and easy to service for any competent engineer.
