Bladder foam reservoirs offer a reliable and simpler method of foam fit. The bladder tank system consists of a pressure-rated tank with an internal rubber bladder. After the system is activated, the inlet water pressurizes the rubber bladder, which delivers the pressurized foam concentrate to the proportioning device (ratio controller). The foam ratio controller measures the foam concentrate in the fire water line and creates a foam solution. The solution is then piped to discharge devices that protect the hazard area. Bladder tanks are available horizontally and vertically with a fully pre-tubed option. HD foam bladder tanks have UL, FM and CE approvals.
